I called Stellar Solar and talked with Orlando about a panel showing no production . I asked for his help in finding someone to resolve the issue. Even though Stellar Solar did not install my system, Orlando offered to make calls to the manufacturer of my system and requested that diagnostics be run to find the issue. In 2020, we were paying around $600-$700 a month. This was not sustainable and we contacted Alex Bowser as he was the only one we knew in the solar industry. He explained how everything works, no money down and a fixed rate. Since 2020, we have been paying a fixed rate $225 and we SHOULD be paying $800+. Thank you Alex and thank you Stellar for making this easy.
