From the original meeting with Kevin who did the roof evaluation and recommendations, to Rudy and his team for their impressive, well coordinated installation of the new roof in one day, to the follow up by Project Leader Jesse, the whole process was incredibly efficient with obvious highest quality workmanship. The next day, you could not tell the work had been done the previous day, exceptionally well clean up. I would highly recommend Stellar Roofing. Well done by all!
***UPDATED**** Added photos of where snow and ice is not rolled tightly. There are clear bubbles (see shadows in photo of roof) This is where our ice-damming occurred. They also did not apply the snow and ice correctly when overlapping. They cut this short causing water to go over and under the roof, thus, leaking. All over. The front gutters that ripped off after "ice-damming" happened because they attached the soffit and gutters to ROTTEN wood that we paid extra to have replaced. We had an incredible experience with everyone that we worked with at Stellar. Brandon and Cisco were super helpful and communicative every step of the way. Edwin and his team did a great job with our roof. Very happy overall!
Crew came in early in the morning, removed the old roof and installed the new one in 1 day...really fast! They cleaned all the area from debris and left it as it was before they started working. New roof looks great! Antonio M and his crew were very corteous, answered all my questions, very thorough on their work.
