Very pleased with the service we received from Stellar Roofing. We lost a piece of fascia and needed it replaced. There are several companies that come up when looking online for roof repair. Stellar Roofing is the only one I was able to get ahold of someone on the first call, they listened to what was needed and sent someone out for an estimate the next day. My husband and I had an incredible experience with Stellar Roofing! After a wind storm blew some siding off and dropped a tree branch through my garage roof they came right out and were there to help me go round and round with my insurance company. They were patient, kind, well informed and helped me advocate for what was needed to be done. What a fantastic experience! I was contacted quickly after my initial request. The team came out a few days later to quote the work. Time was taken to explain to me the issue. They also accommodated a request for multiple quotes depending on the scenario that was possible. The quote approval process was all online and I shortly received a text indicating when I was scheduled for. Pictures were taken during the process to show what exactly was done. Payment was seamless and easy as well. Great company and great experience.
I had some concerns with my old roof. Paul was able to come out the day I called to take a look. We made a plan for the future and he was able to fix it up enough to get me through the winter. Highly recommend!
