My wife and I recently purchased a home with Nikki. She showed us a number of homes in the neighborhood we desired. She was very knowledgeable about the development, was very responsive to our questions and, if she didn't know, she found the answers and got back to us quickly. When we ran into some sticking points with the sellers, she worked with the other agent and helped us negotiate a compromise. I would definitely recommend her.
Poor communication. Called many times without responses. Got nasty when we questioned her about additional fee for herself as she owned the reality. Before our closing, she dropped us and became very unprofessional. In all the homes we’ve bought and sold, she is the first realtor that never showed up at our closing or wished us good luck. Once she got her commission, we never heard from us again. LOOK FOR A PROFESSIONAL REALTOR!! 3/20/2024 I stand by this today.
