An overall great experience with the Stellar Orthotics team. They were able to get me in and get fitted for some badly needed orthotics. The receptionist was fantastic at getting me scheduled. The clinical people were excellent and extremely knowledgeable. Will definitely be back if I need orthotics again.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Sy, who did my fitting, was extremely thorough and answered all my questions.
Horrible experience. Worst attitude of the person/secretary working there. She doesn't answer the phone, doesn't do her job. Is very rude to the patient who needs the help. I left several messages stating I want to speak with her boss. No answers. Medicaid approved the service. So they don't wont to give the product to the patient and bill medicaid. Update. All bad happened when the owner was absent on sick leave. Ones he came back he fixed all mess created by his employee. So we picked up shoe inserts. It was done well and ... read more
