First and last time I will ever go here. The woman doing my manicure cut and drilled my cuticles until all ten of my fingers were swollen and bleeding. After being ignored when asking repeatedly for her to stop, I decided to leave which she then grabbed my arm and tried to pull me back to her station while arguing that she was “doing a good job”. Being bad at your job is one thing but to then put your hands on a customer is a whole different story.
Specialist Lee cut my toe nails too short , I’m in pain . Definitely won’t come back !
