It is virtually impossible to get ahold of anyone at the Stellar Management office. I am a tenant of just 1.5 years, but even getting my lease application approved initially was next to impossible and took 3 weeks. Nobody answers their emails, phones, or voicemails; even if you go to the office in person, leasing agents work from home most days. Stellar Management is a terrible real estate business in ***. I only gave it one star because I had to. Their lawyer **** *******, is the biggest fraud and very negelectful of his responsibilities. A retail tenant has yet to get a lease in over a year. They should not even be in business.
You have to be careful if you decide to rent an unit with Stellar Management. After living in one of its units for 7 years, this company decided does not return my deposit. We did not have any delay paying the rent even during the pandemic. I decided to move and I communicated almost three months before and they stated that because I was communicating with them with enough time in advance, they will give me back the deposit. I moved two months ago I am still waiting for it. I have been calling and sending email to the person... read more
