Please,if you’re going to move and use from this management,don’t do it! It’s very hard to reach them, in apartments there are mouses,roaches. Without my permission they renew my lease and didnt let new roommate to move in.
Shame on Stella management, the stairs are used by countless children for Wise Wonder and they refused to repair them or make them safe.
223 2nd Ave has been completely infested with roaches for months. I have reported this issue several times and nothing has resolved it. Do not use this leading company and certainly do not move into 223 2nd Ave. the roaches are everywhere. The super has attempted to claim there is no infestation even though the line the hallways, the laundry room, and now my apartment. I deserve serious compensation as this has affected my health and ability to live in my apartment.
These guys are the truth. Since cov-19 the tri stste area has been coated w/ scams and here im am trying to migrate back to city . They made our relocation experience less stressful. Especially when subsidies program are becoming hard to find and secure. thank you starlite
Oooooeee is all I can say about 70 W 93rd street. The landlord upgraded the lobby but the hallways and rent stabilized apartments are infested with huge waterbugs and mice. You'd think the tax break they get from the govt is pennies. There's a dead waterbug on the disgusting hallway rug that has been there for almost a month now, which means they are not even cleaning the hallways.
