Ray did a fantastic job. He was very good at communicating his findings with me on our final walk through and was detailed in his explanations of the potential issues. He also explained to me how some of the systems in the home work which I really appreciated. He turned the report around the same day and the information was detailed and easy to understand. Totally thorough inspection with excellent narrative as to findings. I have seen numerous inspection reports and this one is the greatest and also the best value ever. I have read reports costing twice as much and they don't even come close to the high quality of this one.
