Made an appointment 2 months prior only to have it cancelled last minute. No explanation. Had to take another day off work. Receptionists are a bit rude and they dont accept credit or debit. Only cash or etransfer. Very unprofessional.
I had a very bad walk-in experience. I was waiting for a long time and no one responded or updated me. The staff didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. Very disappointing service.

She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable.
