It’s by appointment, but they can appraise your jewelry right then and there. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, I really appreciated there help and knowledge.
Heather is a great appraiser. Very kind and helpful.
Today I met with Heather for an appraisal on 3 ringss and 2 bracelets. Heather was incredibly helpful, she educated me on some of the history of some of the diamonds and the cuts. While she was appraising, she showed on a screen the way that she measures the size and shows you all the beautiful facets in such precise detail that you can actually see incredible details which are not viewable by the human eye alone.
