Today I met with Heather for an appraisal on 3 ringss and 2 bracelets. Heather was incredibly helpful, she educated me on some of the history of some of the diamonds and the cuts. While she was appraising, she showed on a screen the way that she measures the size and shows you all the beautiful facets in such precise detail that you can actually see incredible details which are not viewable by the human eye alone. Needed some jewellery appraisals and was given an appointment. Stayed during the detailed weighing, inspection and photo taking of my items. Information was shared during the analysis and I was later emailed very detailed findings based on current market prices. I am very impressed with the information and knowledge Heather provides in a secure setting! I highly recommend this business!
