Tia is an amazing trainer! I attend her Wednesday night class and have worked with her through pregnancy and postpartum. She gave me ways to adjust the workout to accommodate both stages. Highly recommend!
I really believe that the owner is racist and very unprofessional she has made false accusations about my Fiance for wanting to see about her establishment and never contacted her back and blocked her number i do not recommend her business for so called "Judgement Free" and being acceptable for all.
Tia is amazing, she has been so patient and extremely supportive of me through my journey and very understanding of my limitations. I am so happy I joined Stellar Fitness.
