I’m been going to Stellar Family medical clinic with Dr Josefina Castelo for all my medical needs and now I’m in the semaglutide weight loss treatment. The whole experience has been amazing. All the staff has been very kind and professional. I’m been very successful in losing weight following the Dr protocol for the semaglutide. I highly recommend this clinic for any of your family medical needs.
This review is not written out of emotion, but simply from my experience. Initially, everything was good — the doctor seemed very knowledgeable, and I felt hopeful. I started weight loss injections (semaglutide) and lost about 6 pounds in the first few weeks. I responded well to the medication at first. Just because it says 5 stars doesn’t mean you have the right to act all that when answering a phone call. Please make sure your secretaries are answering with a friendly tone and not a low class hot cheeto torta girl tone. Girl just cause you taking calls sitting on your behind does not mean you have to act with an attitude. I also take calls on my day to day job and gives me no right to act all that on the phone especially when your clients bring in the money. I love this clinic ! Best customer service Jessica in the front office she’s the best! The customer service is always A1 the doctor really listens to your needs I love it here best clinic I’ve ever been too!
