I actually go to the one in Blasdell and have for years. Lately, they like to call me and tell me they have to reschedule my appointment CONSTANTLY. My insurance pays for two cleanings a year… I’m lucky if I get one. I haven’t been there since August, through no fault of my own. I had an appointment scheduled earlier this year, which they cancelled at the LAST MINUTE because they overbooked themselves. And they couldn’t reschedule me until SIX MONTHS LATER. For a CLEANING. I've got crowns that have lasted for 15+ years with no problems, but the one that Stellar installed lasted for only 2 years and change. It fractured, badly, on a piece of popcorn. I asked if they would consider a discount on the $850 replacement cost, but management would not even call me back to say 'yes' or 'no.' They don't seem interested in customer service, or quality restorations for that matter. I've been a customer since 2015 but now it's time to look elsewhere.
RecommendedNever EVER use their texting service. I had 2 appointments scheduled. I confirmed the appointment for the 17th and wanted to reschedule the appointment for the 19th. I arrived today and they canceled the wrong appointment and said there was nothing they could do about it. Patients beware!! Falsly accused me of missing appointments and canceled me from their office all because of their so called house dentist who Missed a Hot tooth on an exray and they did not owe up to it!!!!
I brought gut my mom in to have her upper teeth all extracted. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful. I really appreciate how well they took care of her. They also allowed me in the room to comfort her!!!!
They are wonderful . Your first visit includes xrays, cleaning and exam for $49. Fantastic they saved my husband's life from oral cancer, he had no symptoms but because they spotted so early he is completely cured w/o losing his speech. (surgery at Roswell Park by Dr. McSpadden).
Great team of highly skilled professional's that take into account the patients concerns.
