Stellar Dental has been consistently lying about sending bills to a non-existent email address (rellasram@gmail.com) without even spending 5 seconds to verify its validity. Emails to this address bounce back immediately, proving their utter incompetence. Instead of admitting their mistake, they shamelessly blame their customers for not receiving or paying bills. Stellar Dental's imposition of unscrupulous financial charges, representing more than 20% of the original bill, for a mere less than 30-day delay is utterly unjust. What's worse, these additional charges were applied without any prior communication or notification. If you take any service from Stellar Dental, it's crucial to understand that your financial responsibility doesn't end with the copayment. Unexpected bills may surface even a year later, without any intermittent communication. Your liability extends beyond what you might anticipate. Beware of Stellar Dental's deceptive cost estimation practices. Instead of conducting proper due diligence by reviewing insurance policies and contacting insurance providers for accurate coverage information, they resort to lazy shortcuts.
