I don't think I've ever had such a poor experience with a therapist. She didn't listen to me at all - and this was after two cancelled appointments by them. The VA needs to review their community care list because this was unacceptable.
Horrible customer service. They do not return phone calls are not reachable by the phone and messed up the scheduling one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with stay away.
