I felt satisfaction with the service I experienced at Stellar Auto Shop. The two ladies at the front desk have good people skills which very helpful and professional. Same as the mechanics are professional. The issues that I have with my car were fixed and solved.
I've been there about 6 times now and they have always been great.
I have had a really amazing experience with the team here. Even though they had to deliver me a lot of bad news regarding my vehicle, they were very professional had amazing customer service, and transparency that I have not seen at other auto shops. My invoice specifically outlined what I was paying for regarding both material and Time which I really appreciated so that I could understand better what all I was paying for I will definitely be taking all future vehicles to them for service. I highly recommend.
I have used Stellar 3 times in the past year. Their prices are fair, their work is very good, and the staff is great!
Let me start by saying that Emily is phenomenal at what she does! As a woman who doesn’t speak “automobiles”, I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of or bulldozed at any point. Emily was extremely transparent and thoughtful, even when she had to provide me not so great news that resulted in me spending 3x more than I planned. I came into get brake work done (less than $600) and ended up spending close to $2k based on their post-diagnostic recommendations.
