Not only do they focus on your fitness goals, but they also focus on your general wellness goals. The coaches at stellar have thoughtfully guided me through 8 months of pregnancy and I am lifting heavier now than I was pre-pregnancy. In addition to top notch coaches and challenging workouts, Stellar’s community is inclusive and supportive. Come for the workout and stay for vibes!
