Not just another gym. The coaches and their approach to fitness are so much better than a traditional gym. Functional movement with flow rope, kettle bells, and mace. Highly recommend this if you are looking for a sustainable fitness program.
My family of five just finished our fifth month, and the results have far exceeded our expectations! Our three boys attend the high school classes, and my wife and I attend the morning classes. They offer a variety of classes run by great trainers. And, they just moved into a larger facility with more equipment.
Amazing gym & amazing group of people. Adult and high school training sessions are really the best around.
