Didn't even complete the job – A man from this company came out, looked at my brand new washer, and said he would be back next week to replace the transmission. He never called me when he got the part. When I called Stellar they didn't answer. They didn't return my messages. They ceased to exist, basically. So I had to call another company to fix it.
Absolutely some of the worst customer service yet! – I have a white electric Maytag oven. I recently used the cleaning function and noticed that each time I used it the trim on top of the door was turning brown. I was not able to wipe it off; the heat was turning the paint brown. I called Maytag around 10/13/2009 and the rep told me the stove is out of warranty but they will cover the parts if I cover the service.
