It's called Bing Bistro now and has downsized but the food does not disappoint. It's very good.

This restaurant is no longer doing business as Stellar 66. Despite its web page, it DOES NOT serve Dim Sum. The server could not understand what Dim Sum was and then finally relented and said they no longer serve Dim Sum. Its remaining menu is disappointing and the dish I chose was essentially salted chili peppers. It tasted as if an entire salt shaker had been emptied over the plate. Don't go their expecting Dim Sum and there is a temporary sign with the new name under the Stellar 66 sign.

Exceptional hand-pulled noodles, the finest in the Valley! The spicy chicken is equally impressive. If you’re seeking truly authentic, expertly crafted cuisine, this is the place.

Extremely fresh food. I'm not a big fan of dumplings although they don't get any fresher than these. The noodles are amazing and the orange chicken is the best I've ever had. They come out and show you how they make the noodles right in front of you and you can watch them making the dumplings as well.
