I saw Dr. Zhang at the walk-in clinic when I was feeling quite overwhelmed by pain and some concerning test results. She listened carefully to my concerns, made me feel heard and validated, and approached the situation with both compassion and calm. While she took my symptoms seriously, she avoided unnecessary alarm and explained things in a reassuring, thoughtful way. I left feeling significantly better than when I arrived.
