Ive always ordered from this boutique and takes a couple weeks to get the items understandable. This past time i ordered on October 6th reached out via email 3 times stating that they were going to work on my order we are in February no email with tracking nothing tried calling the store sounds busy. For sure have lost a customer will no longer be ordered from stella raes

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered three months ago and it’s never shipped. Multiple emails with no response.

Paid $100 for my order and 2 years passed and have not gotten my order not even a refund! Very frustrating I was really looking forward to my things! Very unprofessional!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Placed an order 6 weeks ago that I haven’t received. After 3 emails they responded telling me they’d look into it and get back to me (so I know they are getting my emails). Have reached out 3 times since then with zero response. There are plenty of other online boutiques that have such great customer service (and actually deliver the products you order) so don’t waste your time (or money) with this one.

Customer service is not available and I have zero updates on an order I placed almost 3 weeks ago. No responses from there after multiple time I’ve reached out! I have spent over $100 and received nothing and no response. I think this company is a scam and needs to be reported.
