Customer service is not available and I have zero updates on an order I placed almost 3 weeks ago. No responses from there after multiple time I’ve reached out! I have spent over $100 and received nothing and no response. I think this company is a scam and needs to be reported.

Awful company !! I ordered merchandise on Jan 9 2025. The Company took my money, they have not shipped my items. Stella Raes refuses to a answer my phone calls and E/Mails, Ii am out 127.00 and I would advise people not to order from this Sham of a Company. So disappointed

Can’t get ahold of anyone by email been waiting on packages for 2 months they use to very sick and loved shopping with them but no longer will.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Ordered on 10/1 and nothing - no email to confirm order- no tracking number Very difficult to get a hold of them to ask on order Emailed several times and FINALLY got a reply but yet no answer on order or refund Finally after emailing again they issued a refund AGAIN DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Placed an order July 2023. It's September 2024 and haven't gotten my order nor heard from them. I've tried emailing and asking for a refund several times but I'm not hearing anything back.
