I have gone through withdrawal of my SSRI 3 times because of this office. They demand that I have an appointment every 3 months to talk about a medicine I’ve been on for 5+ years, then refuse to do it through TeleHealth. This is a 5 minute appointment that I pay around $200 for that I have to take time off of work to go to. Everytime this happens they say it’s my fault for not scheduling the appointment before I run out of medicine, but give no reminder that it’s the time to schedule before I can get another refill. If you short of staffs, you should hire more. We came earlier then others, but they took them and ignored us. I don't know why today people here so a lot attitude, make you wait for long time and wait wait. They just ignore you. They not really nice. So disappointed, this time very disappointed. My dad not eat till now almost noon. They let you wait and not sure they get you for the blood work or no. Wth. Had 3 visits so far. Never had any problem. Dr Marc Serve has always been kind and friendly.
Dr Brackin and Ashley always make me feel comfortable. They take time listening and discussing any issues.
Dr. Serve and his staff are great. Very informative and easy to schedule with.
