It used to be a wonderful store and salon.
Having been a customer at Stella Nova for nearly 5 years I've been happy up until this past year. While my hair cuts and coloring has always been great the customer service has been very disappointing. I have been a loyal customer of Madison's for most of the time and the last two times I saw her she was hung-over. Both times she had other stylists perform parts of my service for whatever reason. They called a couple of months ago, just 2 days before my appointment to let me know that Madison couldn't make my appointment. I ... read more
