Spoke with LD and that person doesn't care about you nor the company. Agreed to virtual call, then said her phone doesn't work and asked to send video of place instead. She sent two videos of the same thing (a bathroom, a bedroom with her looking out the window). I told her that they were the two same videos. She then proceeded to send a picture of the dining room area, which did absolutely nothing for me since its already featured on the website. This company has to be the worst. I shouldn’t have to call and text so much to get what I need done by paying rent online. I never get a response back until days later. Paying 1250 for barely any parking, no gated community(as promised), and the hallways aren't ever clean. After my 6-7 months are up, I'm outta there.
