Such a horrible unprofessional place idk what all these positive reviews are all about, its absurd. Management was rude and dismissive. Staff seemed understaffed and overwhelmed - probably because management isnt doing a very good job. Not coming back and taking my business elsewhere. Never again!!
I have been with Joe for 3 years now. I have ptsd, experienced child loss, probably a lot of undiagnosed or misdiagnosed issues since I was 13, and severe pain and chronic pain/auto immune diseases. I've dome EMDR Therapy before I found stella luna and him, but it never "clicked". We do talk therapy with a mix of emdr when I'm feeling bad and he's honestly saved my life. I’ve had such a great experience with Stella Luna. I began sessions at Stella Luna shortly after I moved to the area, and in the time I’ve been here, Danielle has made a really meaningful impact on my life. I tried a float session and it was such a cool experience! It was very peaceful and almost felt like gravity disappeared. There was relaxing music, colorful lights, and all the essentials provided (towels, robe, earplugs, shampoo, conditioner, and soap), which made it really comfortable. Everything was very clean, and the woman at the front desk was so kind and explained everything clearly, which made me feel at ease.
