I had an amazing experience at Stella Luna’s Group Soundbath. From the moment it started, I felt relaxed and welcomed. The entire session was peaceful, calming, and incredibly well done. It was the perfect opportunity to unplug, clear my mind, and just be present. You can tell a lot of thought and care goes into creating such a great atmosphere. Do not trust Matthew Gerstacker as a provider. I worked with him for a diagnosis so I could begin a medication regime and after four sessions he told me he didn't believe in diagnosises. Complete waste of time and money and my care was absolutely devalued.
Started coming for the yoga classes, and added in pilates, sound baths, red. Light therapy and halo therapy. After visiting and taking classes at 8 yoga studios in the last year on the west side I landed at Stella Luna. The monthly pass here is by the far the best value around, and quality teachers that truly provide guidance for every level of yoga practice. Plus an abundance of different types of classes. Love!
