Very professional
I had an EV charger install done on 2/4. The charger and the disconnect switch were installed but now there is gaping hole behind the switch box. I paid a significant sum for the install so i don't understand the lack of finishing. I have tried to contact both Acura and Stella Electric with no success.
Requested a quote for installation of an outlet and Rich promptly made initial contact, but when I provided the picture of the wall that the outlet would be installed on as requested, he didn’t respond. When I followed back up, he still didn’t respond. Unfortunate that now I have had to take my business elsewhere.
