Firstly, I want to apologize to the administrators/folks running the show whose blood pressure I probably raised as a client. I was initially hesitant to work with them due to some scheduling issues with Stella and my home warranty service. This problem is specific to Stella's dealings with home warranty holders because they cannot schedule appointments with clients through their usual booking system, so times are assigned without consultation.
