They rescheduled last minute after we waited weeks for our appointment (but we tried to be understanding and flexible). Then when they did show up to do the work, they did not bring supplies, and left to go get them. When they returned said they didn’t have time to do the job. No one returned calls to reschedule to finish the work, and when I finally did reach the manager, I was treated very rudely. We spent a lot of time chasing and waiting and never got the work done.
