Don’t know very sad. Cold steak. Gumbo is a soup not a gravy.Gumbo had dried up bacon. Jambalaya had dried up chicken,and dried up sausage, also had broccoli and Collie flower , And can you believe sliced carrots. You could tell it’s been around for awhile. Season well though Your drinks were very strong (no flavor just alcohol) I’m from Louisiana. A very poor definition of our cuisine 😝. ( if the truth hurts )

We had an excellent server and the food was well prepared. The beet salad I had was extraordinary. If I return I know that I’ll get it again. Also had a burger deluxe with blue cheese all good. The majority of the menu is cajon and spicy so order with that in mind.
They are friendly and a nice atmosphere and they play the blues
Always a great dining experience. Never had a bad meal . Drinks are fabulous. Great environment.
Stella Blues is the best Cajun restaurant in the area. The food is outstanding espically the shrimp and grits. Definitely returning again.
We just tried Stella Blues for the first time and will definitely be returning! Our server, Krista, was so friendly and had some great recommendations.
