Ms Iva at the front office has always been available to take care of the smallest concerns as well as handle problems big or small with professionalism and care. She is a true gem to this property and the reason I remain a tenant.
The office staff is phenomenal!!!!! Especially Iva, she has been there for years and always has a smile on her face. She knows how to get things done.
I love it here!! There has been huge improvement once the new manager started. Maintenance is phenomenal, anything you need, they are on it. They just added some new improvements to the property and it has completely changed the atmosphere. Being so close to Herman Park, the museum district and the zoo has been a huge plus too.
