Trust the bad reviews! I wish I did. Have been here for over a month and my dishwasher has never worked, was told it would be fixed by the next week upon moving in by Justin in the leasing office. Followed up a week after when I was finally able to put my own maintenance request in app- maintenance called me and said they were never made aware. Weeks go by and still no fix. Where is the luxury? There's been a few problems with this unit, it was not move in ready. The apartment looks new but is dated. When we first moved in the water pressure from the sink was stronger than the shower and maintenance barely made it better. The shower was backed up and sometimes we dont get hot water. Day 1 we almost didn't get to move in even though there was three weeks of prep from management. Even the keys we got only one works and are old. Carlos Garcia was the best maintenance guy . Very active and done work right way. I never have to wait so long . I had shower head problems and he came right way and fixed it . Anything’s I have asked he did right way. Thanks Carlos for providing the best services. You are amazing!
Carlos Garcia is very good he helped me right away to fix my air conditioner and he always helps me in fixing my issues I appreciate him and I hope you guys have always people like him
