Don’t rent from these people (10x Stella at Riverstone, ZRS Management ). When I moved out, they overcharged me rent so my deposit refund was less than I what I was owed. When I brought this to their attention, they agreed to refund it. It’s been four months. I haven’t gotten a refund of overcharged rent. Justen won’t return my emails. And Will emailed me that he would look into it and I never heard anything back. Stay away.
Recently had a maintenance request answered by maintenance supervisor Carlos. He was very professional and fixed the problem.
My experience with 10X Stella, particularly with Dione and Deja, was extremely disappointing due to poor communication, lack of organization, and what felt like misleading information throughout the leasing process. We really enjoyed living here for our first lease, but since the new management has taken over we are definitely regretting our decision renewing, and are counting down the days until we can move out. The front office staff is always condescending and rude (and giving us advice that goes against our lease and Texas Property Code), there have been more package issues than I can count, our direct next door and above neighbors have no courtesy for others, and the maintenance is subpar, minus one of the gentlemen who I unfortuna... read more
I’ve lived here since 2021 but I didn’t care for management . The new management gets things done efficiently and address concerns . They are actually servicing the residents in an adequate fashion and lets us know what’s going on .
