Property is super well maintained, especially with emergency maintenance with all hours of the day and night. Carlos came out for an emergency repair at 3am and helped me out, greeted me with a smile, made the work super quick, and is super helpful. Easy 5 stars
My experience at this apartment has been extremely frustrating. We have been dealing with an ant infestation for over two weeks. Pest control has already come twice because the first treatment didn’t work. After several days without ants, they came back again — but this time they’re coming out of the closet wall, and there are dozens of them clustered around a crack in the wall. I used to like this place a lot until new ZRS management. The greystar management was so much better. I have been living here since last 4 years and probably my last year. My current problems are: 1. Entry gate is not working since last few months and you have to enter from car entry which is very risky with small kids. 2. My garage door opener died and they denied to replace the battery.
