There was a minor mishap with my lease and the apartment manager Dionne was great, she helped me right away. Her and Will are both very friendly and helpful. I appreciate being able to walk in the front office and feel welcomed.
Went and toured the property today with Deja, she very nice and courteous, the amenities were like no other. I’ll be moving here soon!
I recently lived at this apartment complex and had a solid overall experience. The property is well-maintained, and the grounds are kept clean on a regular basis. The management team was professional and responsive whenever I had questions or needed maintenance—requests were handled in a timely manner. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads. Parking was generally available, and I felt safe in the community. Update #2: Call box is still broken, gates are wide open all the time, community center door is open/unlocked, no printer in the media center anymore, maintenance guy parks his truck in a handicap spot everyday blocking people with an actual handicap/disability from parking in their designated spot. Still min-no communication about any of the aforementioned issues. Been here for almost 2 years. The property is not well kept and not worth the price you pay to live in a nice area. We have had electrical issues for almost a year and they are still not fixed. The only part of the property that is well kept is the front and the pool area.
