This is one of our favorite places on the Peninsula. We always dine in the patio as we enjoy the relative privacy it offers. Our experience this evening was excellent as usual due to the consistently wonderful food complimented by Alicia's attentive service.
Classy restuarant, unique and very tasty food on menu, nice option to sit outside in cool weather with heating lamps on the patio. It is like it's own getaway! Great for a first date or any special occasion.
Terrific menu but service was weird. First they gave us bad vinegar. I mean this stuff was so viejo my lips puckered into my face. So then they took it back. The waitress whose personality is a warm 2 stars told us that they determined it was fine... Really all 3 people at the table were wrong? Then they brought a bowl of balsamic which my dad promptly spilled on the table but at least it wasn't sour as f***.. Truffle gnocchi was amazing, Insalata Stella was good. Hoping the entree doesn't dissappoint!
