Stelios was recommended to me by my realtor when I moved to the area. I wanted to do some minor cosmetic work in my bathroom. I was really happy with the work he did. He also identified something that needed repair and fixed it right away. He knows his stuff and I have full trust in his abilities. He is a nice man, too. Just very happy and relieved to have someone I feel comfortable calling on when I need help around the house.
We have used Steli Property Management for several jobs in our home. We have had leaks located and repaired, a microwave installed, exhaust fan installed, new sliding glass door installed, cracking in walls repaired, and new railings installed for our entryway. They are professional, prompt, and they do a fantastic job every time. I highly recommend working with them.
Steli Property Management recently completed renovation on our main bathroom. Steli and his team went above and beyond to make our bathroom everything I envisioned. He was professional, gracious, attentive and truly a pleasure to work with during the entire project. It’s rare to find someone who is both reliable and highly skilled, as well as just a nice and honest person. Steli is all that and more and we look forward to working with him again for all our home needs.
We recently hired Steli Property Management to replace the outside door to our sunroom. Steli, the owner, responded to my call immediately. He was efficient, conscientious, and actually installed the door all by himself as his assistant had called out sick. (On an extremely hot day!). When he found that he needed additional material to complete the job, he went to the supply store without any additional charge for labor. We could not be more pleased and completely satisfied with the recent work completed by Stelli Property Mgt at our home. Range of “projects”, “tasks” were completed very timely and frankly perfectly…alternative solutions for the completion of the renovation, repair were presented to us …..work completed in a professional and top quality, Stelios, is a gem of a professional and even more so as a person, pleasure to work with, all at a reasonable cost, we will be having more, additional work done by Stelli.
