The way she handled the appointments after the contract was terrific. Lied about the appointments time prior putting the house on sale: when I specifically asked what will happen if the house will be in contract and the seller wants to have inspection appointment since my job is til 4pm with no excuse, she told I don’t need to worry and she can make it after 4pm or even Saturdays.
