I've been going to Stell for sometime. In the beginning I loved the way she cut my hair. I recently received the worst haircut in my life. I grew my hair out way able to pull it back and was so excited to get it shaped. She was working with another client when I got there. Wet my hair and then just chopped out the density of my hair. I made my hairstyling appt a month in advance. It was to attend a wedding, so--important. Got a cancellation from the app late Friday afternoon (the day before). Texted Stela to confirm and heard nothing. Called her twice and also texted after the event--radio silence. Meanwhile, it was too late to schedule elsewhere.
