Overall got good care for my dog. However, I strongly disliked some of the way the front office staff interacted with the pet owners. Felt like they were very annoyed all the time. If you're okay with that this is a good place to go. Would personally rather spend a little more money for kinder people. Went to a different vet because I made "too late" of an appointment for a health certificate and the other vet was WAY nicer and actually cheaper.
Went to this location for the first time since we were looking for a USDA accredited vet for international travel. We're not from the area but this place is AMAZING. From the start, the team helped us figure out all that was needed. Everyone is super knowledgable and friendly. They made the process simple and stress free. Fair prices compared to a lot of other vets too. If we weren't moving, we would switch to this vet for everything even though its not in our area. Highly recommend!
Péssimo atendimento! Me ligaram um dia antes da consulta pedindo que eu pagasse antecipado informando meus dados bancários para garantir o atendimento no dia seguinte, eu pedi um link para pagamento, mas foi negado e no fim, perdi o agendamento que aguardei um mês para realizar. Além disso a atendente não foi cordial e desligou sem ao menos responder.
Dr. Ordas is excellent with my cat. He is gentle, compassionate, and has great bedside manner. Unfortunately, the clinic’s management has been frustrating. The staff seems overbooked and overworked, which leads to disorganization and poor communication. Nothing appears to be digitized, and even after two months of requests to receive medical records I haven’t received any. I have been going to Steinway Court Vet for 15 years, first Dr.Glasser and now also Dr. Ordas. Both extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. The front office staff is excellent too. Can't say enough good things about this place!!
