I love this Dr office they are so amazing ??????
We see Dr. Steinwachs or NP Chai. Both are very competent, thorough and have an excellent bedside manner. They must have seen it all because they always have a helpful answer if I have a question. The entire office staff is wonderful.
There is always a caring professional available when you need one during the day, night or weekend. Dr. Steinwachs, his PAs, and his staff know their patients and are so caring. Dr. Steinwachs is always willing to listen to concerns and offer suggestions from the toughest medical issues to the every day woes of parenting. We are lucky to have him as our doctor!
Dr. Steinwachs has taken care of both my kids. On the occasions when I have called after hours he is always friendly and concerned about my kids welfare. He even saw one of my daughters on a Saturday morning when he was at the office painting. Love this guy.
I've been going to Dr.Steinwach since I was 1, I am now 18 and can't recall or remember a bad instance with the office ever. My mom loves the doctor and their level of service and so do I . They care , and it definitely shows in their quality of work and actions.
Dr. Steinwachs and his staff are very knowledgeable and efficient. They value your time and you are never kept waiting. I recommend them to anyone new to town, looking to make a change or just seeking top medical care. His staff knows you and your child(ren) by name and that is a wonderful feeling that they care and know you personally.
He is the best there is in Columbus GA!!!!!!
