Focused on the science. No BS. He tells you where to go; It’s up to you to go there. There might be recent things he’s not aware of, but somehow I doubt it. As far as I can can tell his mindfulness approach rather than medication is where everyone has now gone, and he advised me on this many years ago. There where times I could have gone heavy on the medication but he taught me the benefits of avoiding that approach and use the mind/body connection (now, unfortunately, a bit of a fad rather than a helpful approach).
