I agree with everything ******said. Nidia was friendly and responsive up until we had a lease agreement. Then she was near impossible to contact. Strung us along with promise of an addendum to address our lease concerns, and never delivered. Said their lease agreement was incorrect about some things had were having a new lease agreement drawn up but it wouldn't be ready for the 2020 leasing year. By far the worst property management I have ever had to deal with. There is absolutely no communication, if I had a problem or needed a question answered it would take weeks to get an answer. Nidia ******, the property manager for the Clocktower Lofts in Fort Collins, owned by Steinmetz, would ignore emails, screen calls and would never be in the office during normal business hours.
