I can say this was probably one of the best experiences we’ve had with buying a car. We were not rushed, kept within our budget, and had a blast the entire time we were there, it was seriously like hanging out with friends. I had my pick up taken to steinle cause it was doing weird stuff. They told me could be broken, corroded or rusted wire. Said electrical guy would be on vacation all next week and other guys didnt know enough about electrical to fix it. 3 days later they told me module was $600.00. They SAID THEY CHANGED MODULE. Called me said truck was done. When I went to get it they said they changed the module. Didn't check any of the wiring. "Do you know how much wiring there is? Do you realize how long that'd take?" Don’t expect this car dealership to stay true to their word. Had an appointment - drove over an hour for the appointment just to get there for them to tell us they took the vehicle to Port Clinton day of appointment and said we were “trumped by the GM”. Thanks for nothing.
Customer service at its worst! Had to wait an hr and a half for an oil change with a 5yr old, never even put a new service sticker in my vehicle or anything, will NOT BE RETURNING
Very pleased with the experience at Steinle. We're about 2 hours away so I wanted to get as much info as I could up front. Jamie was very accommodating and easy to work with. Most other dealerships I talked to pushed HARD to get us to come in before giving me the info I was looking for. These guys aren't like that. Finance department is great as well. Bryce made things super clear and didn't push anything extra on us. I'd make the drive again the next time we need a new car.
