Tylor has been an absolute pleasure working with, these guys are kind, patient and honest. Came from out of state and they have been extremely accommodating. 10/10 would recommend to everybody.
Wasted 6 hours driving 300 miles. 7.5 hours in waiting room and $268 deductible on The Mechanic warranty I bought through Steinle. Problem still not fixed so I said come get it this time. They did and I have no vehicle for 4 days. And now want another $268 deductible for the same issue. Only had the truck 9 months. Dont recommend buying the warranty.
