I've bought several plants and flowers over the years. They bloom beautifully every year. I followed staff instructions and am very happy. lavender and hibiscus are my favorites and i will be back for more. John and Cody were most helpful.
Very disappointed in Steinkopf Nursery. I bought 4 shrubs on 6/4/17 and planted then right away. Two of the shrubs are looking very bad. I went into Steinkopf's today, with a couple branches, to see what's going on with them and the person in the office was very confrontational. Said they aren't covered under the shrub guarantee. She really didn't listen to me. She said they weren't getting enough water after I told her I was watering them twice a day. She, in so many words, said I was lying. I will never shop there again. My parents just had landscaping done by them and they did a fabulous job. From design to completion excellent. Jon was attentive to detail and has very excellent ideas. I would defentily recommend them to all my friends who need landscaping done!!!!!!!
