Vehicle was listed with zero (0) accidents in the description. When I called the place, I specifically asked if the vehicle had any reported accidents, and was told no. We were ready to take the plunge and make the trip to purchase, and decided at the last minute to pay for our own Car Fax report, just to be sure. Glad we ran the report because it revealed that the vehicle had been in not one, but TWO different front-end collisions. They went out of their way to open up during off hours for us to view the van. Super friendly and accommodating. Bought the van :)
They contacted me by phone. I asked if they could give me a few better pics of the truck since it was about 300 miles away from me. They said they would but is been 5 days and I received no pics. I will not contact them again.
The vehicle was already sold when I arrived but I found them to be very easy to work with.
