Having a work order at the office doesnt guarantee that work will be done. I had a mouse problem ever since I moved in (July 2018). The kitchen cabinets had holes and water damage before I moved in. They also had crappy paint all over the doors. My apartment was broken into over a dozen times with no help from the office. My personal car was hit 3 times while parked in the lines. They are not friendly in the office and not sympathetic to any issues you have. Not as dog friendly as they claim and will stalk you to charge you for things ie. surveillance cameras
