We purchased a mattress almost two years now ..we tried to file a claim on this horrible mattress but kept getting the run around. I sent all the pictures in that they asked. We stopped in the store a few times to ask the manager what was going on..he gave us the run around...so now we are stuck with a mattress that we paid a lot of money for....I would never shop here again or recommend them to anyone!! Absolutely horrible service and products.
They sold me a junk product that fell apart 30 days after purchase. I called customer service and they did nothing except offer rude and sarcastic comments. BEWARE. Buy anywhere but here.

Customer service was great. My daughter did not approve of the mattress we selected, so Steinhafels arranged delivery of the replacement and pickup of the return
