Purchased a chair. Had to assemble it myself. Was absolutely shocked. Was never told that I had to pay extra to have it assembled. I felt like this was Ikea. I would not recommend shopping here. I will not. The customer service rep just kept telling me that she was sorry I was not told that I had to pay extra for this service. What kind of furniture store, other than Ikea, charges extra for this?
