AMGs autopay failed to pay and they charged me $59 of fees. It had been working for two years before this. They didn’t send any notice that it had failed until 30 days later. Very disappointed as it seems that they only care about their fees and not servicing the homeowners. I’ll never trust their autopay again. I wish I could give zero stars. Not the first time I’ve been disappointed with them.

4:30pm on a Tuesday I drove to the SRHOA office because I called three times with no answer and no option to leave a message. The door was locked and I called two more times and a gentleman answered who did not seem to know anything except that the September schedule was not out yet. It was September 2nd. There was a couple attempting to enter the office as well. This is badly done.

AMG’s letting Steiner Ranch slide. Cars block sidewalks on Appaloosa Chase—reported three times, ignored. Sprinklers flood Quinlen daily, wasting water. Maintenance is a joke—everything’s falling apart. Safety’s at risk, and they don’t care until someone sues. Time to wake up and fix it!

Nope. Not happy with AMG HOA management company. I setup for autopay, but have to pick an exact amount. well, apparently it changes, and if you don't update, they charge $25 late fees each month. how about autopay is autopay. super disappointed.
