Steinel’s is the only place to get your Porsche worked on out of warranty in Cleveland. They are fair, knowledgable, enjoyable to work with, and are enthusiasts just like us! Had a 996 Turbo leave a nice dinner sized plate of trans fluid on the ground. Called Andy and he got me right in. As a dealer of other brands, one of the few places I feel I can take my car to and just drop it off in their care and I know it will be taken care of! Thanks Andy, Kris, and everyone else.

Love these guys! Very expert and high-quality work at fair rates. Several years ago, after experiencing manual transmission shifting issues on my previous 996 TT, a factory dealer quoted me $8,000.00 for entire clutch replacement. I did some research and decided to get a second opinion from Steinel's, which immediately diagnosed problem as a $250.00 pressure switch.....even with transportation costs from W. PA it is still well worth it to me for the high level of service, care, and peace of mind Steinel's provides. I highly ... read more

This is not a review about the company's competence or service. Just pricing. I called to find out how much it would cost to change my oil on my 2020 Porsche macan base. The individual I spoke to, very polite man, said it would cost $390. When I replied that that was the same price that dealership charged, he said yes, they're just isn't any money in oil changes. I thanked him. Again, all I am commenting about is the price of a basic oil change.
