Okay so Jan is orat least was perennially late and shorted me on time he was supposed to spend on the appointments, so one day I timed him on my phone and showed him a list of ten questions I had written out. We were five minutes into a late starting appointment. He got angry at me and said his next patient was very demanding and HE HAD TO BE IN CONTROL OF THE TIMING (yes, he yelled.)
