Called for quote to supply and install starter motor on VE Commodore 31st July will get back to you with price have no heard back. Not the first time either in January rang about replacement key for same car have not heard back from them on that either. Used to be a great on customer service and work quality Been coming here since 2016 but not any more. Quality of service and care no longer exists.

Terrible experience rang first to book a test drive, drove 3 hours , car had a flat tire when I arrived had to take it to a service station to pump it up. Salesperson could not be bothered had to deal with somebody else to buy the car. Then could not get the rego transfer correct and nobody available to speak to, could not get anyone to call back, still not sorted 12 months later. Definitely not worth the trip.

Travelling and had an issue with intermittent starting, was able to get a booking and was diagnosed as a loose battery terminal. (Battery had recently been replaced although this was after symptoms started). Tightened up at no charge and accessory connections were changed around as recommended. Had to call back later that day thou as the original issue reoccurred, so more likely an underlying sensor fault. Was expecting a followup call back on part availability, but had no call back. Later resolved elsewhere.

Honest and reliable. Jason was amenable, negotiable and kept me up to date with everything going on with the sale of my vehicle. He honestly went above and beyond, even coming in on his day off to deliver my car! I can’t speak highly enough of Jason specifically but the whole team here..They are amazing and I recommend you do business through them.
