The reason we're giving them a one is only because nothing with them is consistent except wanting the rent on time. .The turnover in that office is incredible never seen anything like that in a property management company. Its amazing because Steinborn is a big Real estate company. If the owner doesn't know what's happening they better find out and make big changes.
The washer broke and they’re supposed to send a work order to Gordmans Distributor in El Paso. I called Steinborn and they stated they have already submitted all the paperwork to Gordamans to fix the washer. Well, I called Gordmans and (to my surprise), they haven’t received any paperwork. I called Steinborn again, and apparently the owner of the house is refusing to fix the washer. A detail they have not informed me.
Steinborn managed our rental for 7 years. I just looked at the pictures our realtor took of our property. I am extremely angry. We had at least 5 trees in the backyard that are no longer there. They allowed tenants to kill and remove the trees and did nothing about it and did not notify us. There was a peach, apple, plum, cherry, and another deciduous tree and they are gone.
