Disappointed in customer service Cleaned for us, we paid promptly ( $500+). Later we realized the door to our firebox had not been put back on properly. We called, they were pretty rude, said it wasn't that important and we could probably put it back on ourselves, finally said they'd come back out to fix.. Never did of course. They may know how to clean out your chimney but I am still shocked by that poor level of follow up and customer service. Would never call again or recommend
Full Service We picked Steinbock's Chimney sweep only because of their location (they aren't located far). But, we soon found they have tons of experience. The guys kept it clean and even fixed our leaking fire place, great work.
